The server has been repaired, with a new power supply, for $23. I am waiting for lower COVID rates before visiting the datacenter to return it.

New port: www/vger: A simplistic and secure Gemini server

Vger is a gemini server supporting chroot, virtualhosts, CGI, default language
choice, redirections and MIME types detection.

Vger design is relying on inetd and a daemon to take care of TLS. The idea is
to delegate TLS and network to daemons which proved doing it correctly, so vger
takes its request from stdin and output the result to stdout.

Faraday Net::HTTP is a Faraday adapter for the Net::HTTP library. Faraday is an
HTTP client library that provides a common interface over many adapters. Every
adapter is defined into it's own gem. This gem defines the adapter for Net::HTTP
the HTTP library that's included into the standard library of Ruby.

Net::HTTP provides a rich library which can be used to build HTTP user-agents.
For more details about HTTP see RFC2616.

Net::HTTP is designed to work closely with URI. URI::HTTP#host, URI::HTTP#port
and URI::HTTP#request_uri are designed to work with Net::HTTP.

If you are only performing a few GET requests you should try OpenURI.

Remove most expired ports that depend on Python 2.7:

Exceptions are:
- mail/mailman, our listservers still use it
- www/chromium, solely because of popular demand,
upstream is (slowly) working on porting it to Python 3
- ports that have actual patches for Python 3 against
them (Cinnamon and a few unrelated other ports)
- llvm70 and qt5-webengine because they seem to have a lot
of dependencies which need further analysis
- sysutils/uefi-edk2-bhyve because bhyve seems to use them
- python2 and python27 themselves

I'm sure there will be complaints, but the nice thing about
a version control system is that we can revert and adjust things.

Sfeed is a RSS and Atom parser (and some format programs).

It converts RSS or Atom feeds from XML to a TAB-separated file. There
are formatting programs included to convert this TAB-separated format to
various other formats. There are also some programs and scripts included
to import and export OPML and to fetch, filter, merge and order feed
items.

Adding MathJax3.

Current port www/mathjax is for now legacy version, v2. Current version
of MathJax is v3. v2 is still supported and gets patch releases, but v3
is intended for new deployments.

Upgrading v2 to v3 is not in-place upgrade, url of the script changes,
which also requires change config of web server which hosts it.
Therefore I think it is better to introduce new version as mathjax3.

QPACK is the compression mechanism used by HTTP/3 to compress HTTP headers. It
is in the process of being standardazed by the QUIC Working Group. The QPACK
Internet-Draft is has been stable for some time and we don't expect functional
changes to it before the final RFC is released.

ls-qpack is a full-featured, tested, and fast QPACK library. The QPACK encoder
produces excellent compression results based on an innovative mnemonic technique
(to be described in a future article). It boasts the fastest Huffman encoder and
decoder.

The library is production quality. It is used in OpenLiteSpeed, LiteSpeed Web
Server, and LiteSpeed Web ADC.

Create some ports that are assigned to Django 3.1 instead Django 2.2

* Django 2.2 is currently the "default" version in the ports tree due its
long term support until April 2022. Thus ports that are assigned to that
  version will exist until then.

The following ports are required to make the upgrade of net-mgmt/netbox to

New port: www/varnish-libvmod-querystring:

The purpose of this module is to give you a fine-grained control over a URL's
query-string in Varnish Cache. It's possible to remove the query-string,
clean it, sort its parameters or filter it to only keep a subset of them.

This can greatly improve your hit ratio and efficiency with Varnish, because
by default two URLs with the same path but different query-strings are also
different. This is what the RFCs mandate but probably not what you usually
want for your web site or application.
