Description:

xml-commons is focussed on common code and guidelines for xml projects. The first focus will be to organize and have common packaging for the various externally-defined standards code relating to XML - things like the DOM, SAX, and JAXP interfaces. As the xml-commons community forms, we also hope to serve as a holding area for other common xml-related utilities and code, and to help promulgate common packaging, testing, documentation, and other guidelines across all xml.apache.org subprojects. Clean up after java/openjdk6 and java/openjdk6-jre removal

java/openjdk6 support was removed from Mk/bsd.java.mk (r512662) and
java/openjdk6 and java/openjdk6-jre were removed from the ports tree
(r512663).  Now this patch completely removes remaining stuff from the
ports tree.

Take maintainership of math/scilab dependencies

Reassign makc's ports back to the pool.

See "Maintainer Reset" in
https://www.freebsd.org/portmgr/policies_contributors.html. makc's last commit
was in March 31st (r412218), and his ports have been timing out since at least
July (r418155).

I also emailed him 2 weeks ago and have received no response so far.

Grab unmaintained dependencies for math/scilab

Support staging

Add NO_STAGE all over the place in preparation for the staging support (cat:
textproc)

Decommissioning java 1.5 (EOLed since October 2009):
suppress any reference to JAVA_VERSION=	1.5+ (part3)

- Reset MAINTAINER on ports with addresses that have unrecoverable bounces.
