New Port: net-im/dendrite

Dendrite is a second-generation Matrix homeserver written in Go. It
intends to provide an efficient, reliable and scalable alternative to
Synapse:

o Efficient: A small memory footprint with better baseline
    performance than an out-of-the-box Synapse.

o Reliable: Implements the Matrix specification as written, using
the same test suite as Synapse as well as a brand new Go test suite.

o Scalable: can run on multiple machines and eventually scale to
    massive homeserver deployments.

New port: net-im/neochat

neochat is a KDE fork of net-im/spectral, using KDE technologies on
top of the Qt bits from spectral. It's not clear if spectral is still
being developed. If not, I'll deprecate the spectral port in a while.

One UI glitch is present, because of KDE Frameworks 5.75 -- the
requirement for 5.76 is patched out in the port, because 5.76
has not landed yet.

New port: net-im/libquotient

The Quotient project aims to produce a Qt5-based SDK to develop applications
for Matrix. libQuotient is a library that enables client applications.
It is the backbone of Quaternion, Spectral and other projects.
Versions 0.5.x and older use the previous name - libQMatrixClient.

Release notes:
	https://github.com/quotient-im/libQuotient/releases

This is repocopied from net-im/libqmatrixclient because libqmatrixclient
was renamed to libquotient some time ago; we've been wrestling to
keep the old port name with partly-updated library versions, and
that gets old. New clients -- modern Quaternion, and soon neoChat
(a successor to spectral, which will be deprecated) -- need the
newer version.

Leaving net-im/libqmatrixclient in the tree for now, although I think
it has 0 consumers once I update Quaternion (I'll deprecate it then).

Add net-im/telegram-cli

Telegram-cli is a command-line interface
for the Telegram instant-messaging network.

WWW: https://github.com/kenorb-contrib/tg

This is a repocopy of net-im/telegram. There are 2 reasons for it:

1. net-im/telegram upstream (https://github.com/vysheng/tg) is not active
anymore. Telegram CLI is being maintained by a community gathered around
a fork on GitHub: https://github.com/kenorb-contrib/tg. People might
want to stick to the original version of Telegram CLI, so let's give
them an option to do that.
2. Most other packaging systems package this piece of software as
   telegram-cli (see https://repology.org/project/telegram-cli/versions).
Let's take this opportunity to have a package name consistent with other
   projects.

New port: net-im/zoom: Zoom videoconferencing client

Sound doesn't work yet. It seems that Zoom has some bug and
doesn't show audio devices that the ALSA interface returns
to it. Hopefully this will be fixed by Zoom.

Lack of sound severely limits its usability, but it can still be
useful in these situations:
* A particular Zoom conference isn't supported through the web interface.
At least video can be watched in such case, vs. nothing at all.
* Video or chat aren't displayed properly through the web interface,
and this client can be used to augment the experience.

Installing it into /opt because the /opt/zoom path is hardcoded
into the binary.

Zoom didn't define any license or terms of use for their binaries.
It is just a free download with a single click.

New port net-im/sshout: Instant-messaging solution based on SSH

Secure Shout Host Oriented Unified Talk is an instant-messaging platform
designed to make uses of the existing SSH server in your system.
SSHOUT creates a private chat room in your host. The authentication of the
chat room is done by SSH public authentication. Users can join your chat room
by either directly connecting your SSH server with any SSH client; or using a
SSHOUT client that implemented the client side SSHOUT API.
This package provides the SSHOUT server side programs; if you are finding a
SSHOUT client, go to project page and find out a suitable client; or you can
also write your own client using SSHOUT API.

New port: Command-line and D-Bus interface for Signal and libsignal-service-java

signal-cli is a command-line interface for libsignal-service-java. It
supports registering, verifying, sending and receiving messages. To be able
to link to an existing Signal-Android/signal-cli instance, signal-cli uses
a patched libsignal-service-java, because libsignal-service-java does not
yet support provisioning as a slave device. For registering you need a
phone number where you can receive SMS or incoming calls. signal-cli is
primarily intended to be used on servers to notify admins of important
events. For this use-case, it has a dbus interface, that can be used to
send messages from any programming language that has dbus bindings.

New port net-im/nheko

Third time's the charm for Qt-based Matrix clients; this one looks pretty
good and seems to work pretty well. It also offers registration for new
users, and understands both plain (matrix.org) and premium (modular.im)
accounts.

The port contains the following yuckiness:
 - a hack to change <json.hpp> to <nlohmann/json.hpp>, since the CMake
bits in nheko don't actually go look for it.
 - a (GH_TUPLE) copy of lmdb++, which is #included by the C++ code,
but CMake doesn't go looking for it.
 - a (GH_TUPLE) copy of tweeny, which is used by the C++ code, but
CMake doesn't go looking for it. Since this is a source copy, the
header isn't in the tweeny/ directory (where it gets installed), so
an extra hack is called for to provide that subdirectory.

I considered making tweeny a separate port (many Linuxen do), but
this would be the only consumer, and it doesn't even consume the whole
library but only parts of one header.

New port: net-im/spectral .. a glossy Matrix client.

This is another Qt-based Matrix client, but it is much more focused
on a shiny desktop experience, rather than the more spartan text-like
look of net-im/quaternion.

The source distribution uses git submodules; add only one of them
to GL_*, because we use a standalone net-im/libqmatrixclient .
The PORTVERSION is related to the most-recently-released version,
but it's not particularly accurate: 464 was released four months ago.

New Matrix IM desktop client and support-library.

Quaternion is a Matrix IM desktop client; Matrix is a "modern" IM
solution, based on federated messaging and optional end-to-end
encryption. The protocol and most implementations are entirely
Open Source.

This commit introduces a support library, net-im/libqmatrixclient,
and one user of that library, net-im/quaternion. The library itself
is used by other Qt-based Matrix IM clients as well but I needed
*one* client, not three of them.

The pkg-descrs are awful short, but there's really not much more
to say than "a desktop Matrix IM client", since that's what it is.
Listing features seems like useless fluff, since those are inherent
in Matrix protocol support (avatars, image previews, long messages,
etc.).

Slixmpp is an MIT licensed XMPP library for Python 3.5+. It is a fork of
SleekXMPP.

Slixmpp's goals is to only rewrite the core of the library (the low level
socket handling, the timers, the events dispatching) in order to remove all
threads.

ICQ informed users it stops supporting old official
and unofficial clients since 28 Decembet 2018.
Technically it may stop using old OSCAR protocol
in favour of new WIM protocol introduced some time ago.

This is a port of new Pidgin plug-in for ICQ(WIM) by Eion Robb
created day ago.

At present, it supports login and send/receive IM only
and has some rough edges. This is work in progress still.

Shuffle the KDE ktp-* and related ports into a -kde4 suffix.
This is consistent with r462619, which moved most (but not all,
hence this commit) of the KDE4-era ports out of the way for
newer generation KDE.

New port: net-im/purple-hangouts

Hangouts Plugin for libpurple is a replacement purple for hangouts in
Pidgin/libpurple to support the proprietary protocol that Google
uses for its Hangouts service. So far it supports all the fun things
that aren't part of the XMPP interface, such as Group Chats,
synchronised history between devices and SMS support via Google
Voice.
