Clean up LLD_UNSAFE from openal-soft ports

After FreeBSD 12.0 EOL we no longer have to worry about LLD 6 and
can drop LLD_UNSAFE from openal-soft ports. LLD can link them fine
now but some ports needs a little help on i386 (-Wl,-znotext).

games/stuntrally: fix build on PPC with clang and ARM

Upstream PR:
https://github.com/stuntrally/stuntrally/pull/18

We had until now CXXFLAGS_gcc=-Wno-narrowing, but it looks like this was
incorrect because it did not fix the original issue.

Bump PORTREVISION for ports depending on the canonical version of GCC
as defined in Mk/bsd.default-versions.mk which has moved from GCC 8.3
to GCC 9.1 under most circumstances now after revision 507371.

This includes ports
 - with USE_GCC=yes or USE_GCC=any,
 - with USES=fortran,
 - using Mk/bsd.octave.mk which in turn features USES=fortran, and
 - with USES=compiler specifying openmp, nestedfct, c11, c++0x, c++11-lang,
   c++11-lib, c++14-lang, c++17-lang, or gcc-c++11-lib
plus, everything INDEX-11 shows with a dependency on lang/gcc9 now.

- Copy graphics/ogre3d to graphics/ogre3d19 and add mutual conflicts
- Switch all ogre3d consumers to ogre3d19

This allows to update ogre3d to the latest version without breaking
existing ports. The plans are also to make it possible for both ogre3d
versions to coexist.

Change cmake default behaviour to outsource.

Ports that build out of source now simply can use "USES=cmake"
instead of "USES=cmake:outsource". Ports that fail to build
out of source now need to specify "USES=cmake:insource".

I tried to only set insource where explictely needed.

- Add games/stuntrally: 3D racing game

Stunt Rally is a racing game with rally style of driving, mostly
on gravel.

It features a rich variety of 172 tracks in 34 sceneries also on
other planets.

Track difficulty ranges from short and easy to very difficult stunt
tracks including jumps, skewed loops, pipes winding in 3D, obstacles
or all at once.

There are 20 cars to choose, 1 motorbike, 3 hovering spaceships and
1 bouncing sphere.
The latter provide a fast and easier gameplay on flat tracks.

Game modes include:
Single Race, Tutorials, Championships, Challenges, Multiplayer and
Split Screen. Also Replays and Ghost drive are present.

The Track Editor allows creating and modifying tracks. It uses a
3D spline generated road.
